  • Catherine and Becky will guide you through the process. With 35 years of combined design experience, you’ll be in safe hands.

  • We kick off with a 45 minute video call. We'll talk about how you live, what's not working, and what you love - plus the details that make you you, like your hobbies and favourite places to travel. Because great design isn't just about a room - it's about the people in it.

  • Getting the layout right is really important. We’ll begin your project by ensuring the layout suits you and your family perfectly.

  • Great design starts with a clear vision. Your designers will curate personalised inspiration boards to professionally define your style, sharpen your ideas, and create a solid creative foundation - so every decision that follows is intentional and exactly right for you.

  • Every detail, considered. Your design dossier is your professional roadmap, bringing everything together in one beautifully presented document - your floorplan, layout plan, bespoke moodboard, and a 2D visualisation and render that shows you precisely how your finished room will look. Everything you need to move forward with complete confidence. Delivered in just 4 weeks.

  • More than just a reveal - your designer will take you through the full creative process, unpacking the reasoning behind every choice so you understand not just what your room will look like, but exactly why it works.

  • Sourcing the right pieces takes expertise, patience, and an eye for quality at every budget. Your designers will do it all for you - delivering a meticulously curated shopping list that spans the full market, from Facebook Marketplace to Soho Home, so every purchase is intentional and exactly right for your room.

  • Your relationship with your designers doesn't end at delivery. You'll have two weeks of dedicated post design support - giving you the time and space to review your design with fresh eyes and request one round of professional refinements to make sure everything is exactly right.
