When you book a discovery call with us, we’ll ask you for the following project details:

Project kickoff! Once you’ve bought The Complete Design for your room, it’s time to get into the nitty gritty on a video call with your friendly designers (bring your cuppa!).

Let’s get the ball rolling. We will send you a questionnaire, so we can understand the challenges you’re facing, your style preferences, budget, and lifestyle to the full. On the video call we will ask lots of questions about you and your family to make sure the space works for everyone.

Time to design! Our process begins with clarifying the design direction.

We will send you the following design inspiration:

Inspirational images for the room
Colour palettes ideas
Style options
Layout plans

Once we have your feedback we can get to work on your final design which you’ll receive within 4 weeks.
