  • Yes absolutely, we don’t expect you to know what you want. We spend time at the beginning of the project asking you lots of questions and sending you inspiration to comment on. From this we are skilled at picking out the themes and creating something completely unique to you.

  • It's not about us, it's about you. We’ve helped hundreds of customers all with varied styles - no design is the same. Our experience allows us to put our personal preferences aside and advise you on how to make the most of your home in a way that suits you. Your style may be different from your partners. We can help bridge this gap and look for ways to incorporate your different ideas into the design.

  • You will receive your design package via email in around four weeks, however we do offer a fast track service if you are on a tight deadline. Our Fast Track service will provide you with your design in just five working days.

  • At the Living House we will take the time to get to know you and identify your personal style. After your initial chat we can then look at brands that suit your style and budget whether this is independent shops or well known high street retailers, or both! We are completely independent and do not receive payment or commission from any brand, meaning we are free to suggest the best products for you from anywhere.
